Dave Miner heads Fidelity First Mortgage Company as CEO and President providing vision and leadership for its growing mortgage divisions. With a strong knowledge and background as a CPA and mortgage broker, Dave has provided mortgage solutions for the past ten years to over 3,000 customers. A graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Accounting, Dave's interests include skiing, mountain biking, and real estate investing. He and his wife live among the red rocks of Colorado.

John Neumeier joins Fidelity First Mortgage Company as Executive Vice President with over 7 years of experience in the Reverse Mortgage industry. During that time he successfully developed and managed regional and national sales platforms for two major lenders. Prior to entering the reverse industry, he spent 18 years in the financial services marketplace where he qualified for several national sales and leadership awards. John currently resides in Denver with his family, and is an active member of National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association.

David McKernan is responsible for Business Development and Recruitment for Fidelity First Mortgage Company. A Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Dave helped establish the Reverse Division for the company in the reverse industry for over three years. Prior to which, he worked as a financial advisor and consultant with Northwestern Mutual and Anderson Consulting. He obtained his B.S. in Business from Colorado State University and is from Nebraska. He lives in Denver with his wife and newborn son and his interests include skiing and competing as a Tri-athlete.

Tom is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Fidelity First Mortgage Company. His responsibilities include corporate marketing, communications and public relations and product and sales training. A reverse mortgage veteran, having held senior positions at several major lenders and banks, Tom is an active member of The National Reverse Mortgage Lender's Association (NRMLA). Scabareti is a recognized national speaker on reverse mortgage marketing at their national conferences and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the NRMLA Consumer Issues committee. Tom is a published author and has contributed content for several books on reverse mortgages. He and his wife Janet have lived in California for 25 years and currently reside in Simi Valley, California.

Adriana Larsen serves Fidelity First Mortgage Company as Marketing Director. Adri brings five years experience in the mortgage industry, and serves a dual role in the company, serving both the traditional mortgage side of the business, as well as Reverse. During her tenure with Fidelity First Mortgage Company, she has been apart of creating a successful direct mail program and FHA call center, finding ways to make the phone ring and bring leads to company's in-house associates. As alum of the University of Denver, Adri spends her free time with her husband and two young daughters, and playing Ice Hockey.

Jerry Heckman provides fiscal leadership as Controller for Fidelity First Mortgage Company. He brings a broad background in mortgages and financial services, most recently at Aurora Loan Services, a Lehman Brothers Company, Denver, Colorado as a Master Servicer. In addition to his role at Aurora Loan services, Jerry served as controller for Clarion Mortgage in Denver. With experience as a CPA with several major firms, he has specialized in the development of technology systems for small and medium sized companies. Jerry lives in Denver and enjoys running, biking and basketball. His passion is to help the less fortunate and he volunteers his time assisting homeless shelters providing clothing and food distribution.

Jennifer Rieske brings her background and knowledge of FHA mortgages as manager of the processing team for the Reverse Mortgage Division of Fidelity. Relying on her seven years of experience, Jennifer has created an efficient loan process that has reduced processing times to industry leading standards. Originally from Michigan, she has lived in Colorado for ten years where she is currently a student at the University of Colorado at Denver. Her interests include Ice Hockey and spending time with her family.

Kelly Veltire manages the Fidelity First Mortgage Company Sales Center by assisting seniors with education and support through the decision process in their Denver sales center. An experienced loan originator and manager, Kelly has worked in the reverse industry for over three years with two major lenders. Her prior experience and background was in the financial services industry where she managed, trained, and developed sales representatives who interacted with mutual-fund customers. Kelly is a graduate of Metropolitan State College and is currently pursuing her MBA. She has been nominated and won numerous civic awards, including the "Challenging and Inspiring the Best People" in 2002 and nominated the "Pinnacle Award" in 2002, 2003 and 2004. She is also very active in community events such as Race for the Cure and the Colorado Arts Festival.
